Selling a house at the best of times is a headache, having to try and manage it from out of town is not fun. I chose Luke and Andrea after having previously purchased a property through them. I saw great value in their professional, yet very straight up approach. They manage expectations honestly on both sides. There was none of that "it's in the 1m to 2m price range". Luke went far beyond what would normally be required of an agent, organising house staging, tradesmen, even changing light bulbs which was invaluable. Traipsing through many open homes we came across Luke and Andrea many times and my wife and I always remarked at how professional they were. They both are such lovely people and never made us feel pressured. When we ended up buying our first home, sadly it wasn´t from Luke, we became mates throughout the process and he even came to the auction to hold our hand and give us plenty of advice when bidding. Fast forward six months we came across another house we quite fancied. Luke again was amazing and gave us more advice. Long story short we now had two houses.
